Social Style - Selling For Results™

Selling for Results is an advanced sales training program to help salespeople build relationships with buyers. Social Style is based upon the behavioral research of Merrill and Reid, the developers of the Social Style Model®. In this workshop, salespeople learn about the four styles - Drivers, Expressives, Amiables, and Social Style ModelAnalyticals. They also learn about Versatility and why it is important to adapt their behaviors to others' style.

Research shows that salespeople with high Versatility - sell more. Using control and experimental groups, Social Styles trained groups outsold the control groups by an average of 26% three months after training. The research found that after training, more than 94% of salespeople said that they are more conscious about how their behavior impacts their customers. 96% of the salespeople had improved at least one key characteristic that is common throughout every list that identifies what makes great salespeople. He started at Xerox and trained salespeople and managers at Xerox University. He was rookie-of-the-year in his first year of selling at Xerox Learning Systems. Rob is a business-savvy MBA in marketing and finance.
